What we collect and why

Contact form. If you send us a message through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and use it only to send you the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and we will never share your address with anyone else.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email using Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the data solely to deliver the message to us. We do not use your details for any other purpose and we never sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing.

Online booking

Class and session bookings are handled by Bookwhen, whose booking calendar is embedded on our Book Online page. Any details you enter there (including names and payment information) are collected and processed by Bookwhen under their own privacy policy, which you can read at https://bookwhen.com/privacy. The embedded calendar may set its own cookies.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. We do not record your browsing activity.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Client records for people who train with us are kept in line with our client agreement, not through this website.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased (except data we are obliged to keep for administrative or legal purposes). To make a request, email info@studio121.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

If we add features to the website that change what data is collected (for example analytics), we will update this policy at the same time.
