Studio 121 Fitness Training has a fitness solution for everyone. We have 2 floors of training space which allows us to deliver 1 on 1 and Small Group Personal Training and Large Group Fitness Classes at the same time. We have a soft matted studio room which is perfect for floor based classes such as Pilates and Yoga as well as well as the Martial Arts and Boxing. There is strength equipment on both floors of the gym and a separate room just for cardio equipment. There are also kitchen facilities where we are able to offer pre and post workout drinks to make sure you correctly fuel your training sessions.
