The Move Better class is specifically for the 60+ age group. The class has been designed to improve the most important physical qualities for this age group such as full body strength, balance, co-ordination and mobility.
Whether you have a history of training and want to maintain your strength and fitness or you are brand new to exercise this class is suitable for you. We have run this class for many years and understand the correct exercises and the appropriate exercise intensity to make sure each client continually progresses and feels great but most importantly is kept safe.
The class can help you become stronger, improve your posture and feel energised and we always aim to make sure it remains good fun and a great social activity.
