Cardio Burn uses Spin Bikes, Rowers, Running, Battle Ropes, Sprint Bungees, Tyre Flips, Agility Boxes, Bear Crawls, VIPRs, Kettlebells and much more to create a high intensity conditioning workout. There is very little strength specific work so works well alongside our main Burn classes. Turn up, head down, crack on – simple.
This class is great for people with little or no gym experience as the exercises we use have a low technical level (little/no teaching required so everyone will get a great workout)
