Burn is a test of strength, endurance and mental toughness. Our sessions are carefully planned to push you to your limits without breaking you.
We include a technical component in each session to ensure our clients are continually learning and developing their technical competence.
Each session is part of a progressive training phase usually lasting 4 weeks so you are able to see your performance improve throughout each phase.
New starters and beginners are always welcomed by the group – the only prerequisite is you need to be prepared to graft!
