What is Hybrid Training?

Hybrid Training is a combination of in-person 1-1 Personal Training and online coaching. For some this presents the best of both.

The options include either 1 session per month or 1 session per week ‘in the gym’ training sessions plus a weekly zoom or phone call checkin. Your monthly exercise and nutrition plan is written by your coach based on your training goals, exercise and injury history and your movement assessment. This is then reviewed and updated on a monthly basis.

Here’s our package options:

Option 1 – Fitness Only

  • Consultation / Movement Assessment / Fitness Baseline Assessments x 1.5 hours (quarterly)
  • 1 Face to Face Session Personal Training Session per month x 1 hour
  • 4 week exercise program written for your training environment (home or gym)

Cost = £90 per month (Minimum 3 months)

Option 2 – Fitness + Nutrition 

  • Consultation / Movement Assessment / Fitness Baseline Assessments x 1.5 hours (quarterly)
  • 1 Face to Face Session Personal Training Session per month x 1 hour
  • 4 week exercise program written for your training environment (home or gym)
  • 4 week nutrition coaching includes weekly checkins (10-20 mins per week)
  • Ongoing Email support from your Personal Trainer

Cost = £150 per month (Minimum 3 months)


Option 3 – Fitness + Nutrition **Extra**

  • Consultation / Movement Assessment / Fitness Baseline Assessments x 1.5 hours (month 1 only)
  • 4 Face to Face Session Personal Training Session per month x 1 hour
  • 4 week exercise program written for your training environment (home or gym)
  • 4 week nutrition coaching includes weekly checkins (10-20 mins per week)
  • Ongoing Email support from your Personal Trainer

Cost = £240 per month (Minimum 3 Months
