Group Training.

Small Group Training is a fantastic way to receive the benefits of Personal Training at a reduced cost. All our group training clients still work to their own personalised training program but when part of a group they receive the added benefits of group support and motivation plus additional accountability to the group. We have found our group training clients performance levels are consistently high due to the increased energy and competitiveness that the group dynamic provides.

Our Small Group Training sessions typically includes 4-6 people and the groups can either be groups of friends or colleagues or if you like the idea of Group Training but don’t have a group to train with we have plenty of options in a Small Group Training schedule for you to choose from:
